This video provides an overview for applicants to indicate a desired code effective date on the Central Office Code (NXX) Assignment Requests – Part 1.

- SAVE the file to your desktop.
- ONCE THE FILE HAS DOWNLOADED YOU MUST CLOSE THE DOWNLOAD WINDOW - DO NOT OPEN FILE HERE.
- Go to your desktop and Right mouse click on the zipped file you downloaded and click EXTRACT ALL.
- To watch the video open the extracted folder and double click on the file named "Effective Date Field_10.20.14.html".
